**Job Title:** Child Care Specialist
**Salary:** £20,000 - £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a qualified Child Care Specialist to join our team at MP Training and Recruitment. As an Early Years Practitioner Level 3, you will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child's development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive environment
**Requirements:**
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
