**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Care Specialist to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trauma and orthopaedic nursing, with experience in managing staff and projects.

As an Orthopaedic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of all trauma patients, guaranteeing adherence to the appropriate trauma pathway for each patient. You will also ensure theatre schedules run to time, promoting and delivering high-quality care.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,383 - £34,322 per annum, depending on experience.
