We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's Organisation in Tunbridge Wells. This exciting opportunity offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can make a positive impact on students' lives.

As HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing staff absence records and liaising with line managers to ensure effective absence management.
  2. Providing administrative support to the HR lead, including data management, record maintenance, and report production.
  3. Coordinating performance reviews and ensuring all relevant parties are involved.
  4. Assisting employees with general HR queries.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous HR experience in a school setting and be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for providing administrative support to the wider HR team and liaising with staff at all levels.

The estimated salary for this position is £12-£14 per hour.
