**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR lead with administrative tasks and assisting with staff absence procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff absence procedures, ensuring accurate records are maintained and liaising with line managers to minimize absence.
  2. Support the HR lead with administrative tasks, including data management, record-keeping, and report production.
  3. Coordinate and schedule performance reviews, ensuring all relevant parties are involved.
  4. Offer general HR advice and support to employees.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in HR administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
