Administrative Support Role

RSK Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to multiple divisions, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including formatting documents, collating information, and data analysis.
  • Answer telephone queries, manage post, and greet visitors.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers, raise Purchase Orders, and check invoices.
  • Manage board room availability, receive goods, and coordinate staff to offload deliveries.
  • Arrange cleaners, exchange skips, and ensure necessary products are available for the kitchen area.
  • Manage PPE stock control, ordering, and distribution to operational staff.

Person Specification

  • Accurate and numerate.
  • High level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, with senior managers, peers, and clients.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritising own workload to meet tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

  • £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
