Job Title: Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at RSK Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our growing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to include formatting of letters and reports, collating documents, photocopying, and data analysis.
- Answer telephone queries, deal with post, greet visitors, and ensure sign-in procedures are met.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers, raise Purchase Orders, and check and approve supplier invoices.
- Manage board room availability, receive goods to the office, and coordinate staff to offload.
- Arrange cleaners, exchange skips, service vehicles and equipment, and ensure we have the necessary products for the kitchen area.
- Manage PPE - stock control, ordering, and distribution of PPE to operational staff.
Person Specification:
- Accurate and numerate.
- High level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, with senior managers, peers, and clients.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
- Capable of working under pressure and prioritising own workload to meet tight deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
- £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
