We are seeking a skilled Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. The successful candidate will work with vulnerable individuals who experience mental ill health, promoting independence and empowering sustainment of tenancies.

The role involves assessing the needs and risks of tenants, working in a person-centred and personalised manner to enable individuals to sustain their tenancy. This includes tenancy sign-ups, property re-lets, processing referrals, and day-to-day running of the service.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing support to people with a mental illness in a comparable role, preferably in a housing environment. They will also possess excellent administration, organisation, and planning skills, as well as a good understanding of tenancy/housing management practice, lettings procedures, and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
