Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Community Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent secretarial, IT, typing, and minute-taking skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Main Duties of the Job
Responsibilities include communicating with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, receiving telephone calls, prioritizing work efficiently, taking notes and minutes at meetings, processing mental health referrals, booking appointments, and covering reception during sickness and annual leave.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a Level III Word Processing or Typing qualification, a Level 3 Business Administration or working taking qualification, and previous secretarial/administrative experience. They will also have excellent organisational skills, be able to work within a team, and have strong communication skills.
