An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales and Site Administrator at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells

Description
**Requirements**:
**Key Job Areas of the **Sales and Site** Administrator role**:
- Ensure systems are updated and accurate
- Order vehicles sold
- Organise part exchange administration, working alongside the sales department
- Allocate registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed promptly and accurately
- Ensure the correct handover, follow up and prospecting company procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all trade vehicles are handled swiftly and in accordance with Group Policy
- Assist colleagues with inbound and outbound calls
- Work as part of the site team
- Assist the site with the day-to-day administration
- Assist the site with warranty administration
**What we’re looking for in a Sales and Site Administrator**:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience of working to and successfully achieving targets
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Polite, calm, and approachable personality
- Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
- Must have flexible ‘can do’ approach
- Business administration experience
