As an Employee Experience Lead, your primary responsibility is to create a positive and engaging work environment for all employees across the group. You will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee experience across the group employee’s lifecycle by implementing programs, and initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

R**esponsibilities**:
**Employee Experience**: Develop and evolve our employee listening approach and bring to life initiatives to drive positive employee engagement across the business, ensuring that we follow-through with commitments.

2. **Onboarding and orientation**: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Develop and deliver Induction Programs that effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and expectations.

3. **Internal communication**: Develop and execute an effective internal communication strategy to ensure timely and transparent communication with employees. Utilize various channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings, to disseminate important information, organizational updates, and promote a sense of belonging.

4. **Employee surveys and data analysis**: Design and conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess the overall employee experience. Analyze survey data and other relevant metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights.

5. **Offboarding**: Responsible for Exit Interviews and dashboard reporting back to VP of HR and Head of HR.

6. **Working closely **with the Head of HR on priorities to identify, create and post content for relevant audiences across our external platforms, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn

7. **Acting as the key bridge** for internal and external communications and employer brand content, utilising your understanding of the business and employee voice to drive an engaging employer value proposition which attracts and retains the best talent for the business

8. **Support a continuous improvement** approach to employee experience - identify touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle to discover opportunities for improvement and evolution

9. **Stay updated on industry trends** and best practices: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in employee experience, and workplace culture.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee experience or employee communications, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative flair with an open mindset, with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated analyse still. project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A real team player, willing to work collaboratively to get the job done.
- Familiarity with employee feedback mechanisms and survey tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

This is a hybrid role with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in London Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
