**About the Team**:
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the EMEA Employee Relations team in delivering a proactive and efficient function, providing solutions to business stakeholders to help achieve business goals;
- Build, implement and sustain a data-informed Employee Relations strategy whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance;
- Lead the development and implementation of an ER framework for all key ER activities, including, but not limited to grievance and disciplinary investigations (cases including, but not limited to harassment, discrimination, bullying and retaliation), absence and performance management etc;
- Lead the development and review of employment policies, ensuring they are legally compliant and updated to reflect employment legislation changes;
- Partner with both business stakeholders (such as legal and ethic office) and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs, thoroughly conduct the investigation and reach the best outcomes for our organization and employees;
- Work on projects and initiatives to mitigate risk, support or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input;
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Advantageous to have at least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Employement Law, extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice; experience of 0-1 strategically ER team building is highly preferred;
- Proven leadership track record with at least 5 years of solid experience;
- Experience dealing with a wide range of complex grievances and disciplinaries with a thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration;
- Project planning and implementation skills, strong people and influencing abilities;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated communication and organizational skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
