Employee Engagement and Experience Specialist to support clients with Employee Engagement through Employee Research and driving Employee Experience initiatives.
You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the UK, helping them in transforming the performance of their organisations by driving improvements to the employee experience and workplace.
This role will be great for someone from a HR Business Partner/OD or Consultancy background who has a passion for and past experience with employee engagement solutions and initiatives, specifically with employee research.
You will be actively involved in designing and implementing innovative research programmes solutions, ranging from continuous listening to annual census surveys. Your role will cover end to end support, from shaping and designing research objectives and questions through to creating high impact, high energy insight reports for your clients and everything in between. You'll lead research programmes, but will have the support of a talented team of analysts, writers, designers and project managers providing expert input along the way.
You'll be responsible for developing effective relationships with your clients - likely to be HR & Engagement professionals - who see you as their trusted advisor.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Leading client projects, working with our talented team of data scientists, analysts, writers, designers and project managers
- Shaping, designing and executing a range of solutions for clients based on your understanding of their specific needs
- Highlighting new ideas and proposals to new and existing clients to support our business growth
- Working as the Account Director for specific clients, addressing challenges, influencing client behaviour and ultimately purchasing decisions
- Continually improving our overall proposition, by contributing to our proposition development agenda
**We're looking for someone with**:
- HR Consultancy experience that has included a focus on employee engagement with a specific focus on employee research
- Experience and passion for people data and insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients
- Energy, drive and ambition to make a difference
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Good understanding of employee engagement and the market current we operate in
