**Purpose of role**

To help inform, engage and inspire our people; supporting the delivery of our business strategy, strengthening our culture and our high-performance behaviours, and enabling our people to thrive.

Be a guardian of our reputation internally, lead campaigns and with your deep understanding of our employee audience, deliver high impact, creative initiatives that cut through in challenging and varied working environments. With over 2000 employees and our expanding footprint, you will need to be able to engage and encourage all of US LOT.

Be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, creating a consistent experience that engenders a culture of trust and supports positive engagement. You'll discover the touchpoints for our people and help to develop and deliver our Employee Experience strategy.

Be proactive, self-aware, and caring in your approach, have a natural ability to build trusting relationships with those you support, and remain solution orientated throughout. In this role you’ll gain an understanding of what makes our people tick and what is important to them; using this information to influence the way we do things at Lotus.

Embed a strong inclusive culture where people can perform at their best and continuously develop, innovate, and use their strengths to deliver better outcomes for our customers. You will also help foster a culture that reinforces inclusivity, trust, respect, creativity, collaboration, and openness across the business. Provide proactive and effective support to the team in your location and across the business using employee campaigns, fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and embedding a robust culture which attracts and retains the best talent.

Act as a champion for our values, working with colleagues across the globe to ensure everyone has a great experience at Lotus. You will take a hands-on role in developing and delivering engaging experiences and events to build a sense of community and help ensure that staff have the information that they need to be effective in their jobs.

Co-ordinate, deliver, enable and evaluate high quality communications, engagement and stakeholder activity to inform, engage and support our people on our journey to a global brand.

- Strategic and creative thinking around translating business priorities into stories and visual concepts that are relevant and engaging to a broad audience across various channels
- Ability to work in true collaboration with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources and blend into a range of communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and an intuitive ability to read people and influence where appropriate
- Solid project management skills with the ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines, and balance concurrent projects
- Able to use and develop technology solutions across geographies and platforms to maximise the employee experience
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to take the initiative
