**The duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide a caring and supportive service to our orthopaedic admin pre op team
- Booking of pre op appointments
- Updating of clerical systems and databases
- Act as first point of contact deal with telephone and face to face enquiries efficiently,
- Liaise with other members of departments
- Assist in establishing new working processes, review and evaluate ways of working
