Marketing and Administration Assistant

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.
- Develop and enhance our online e-learning platform.
- Manage supplies and equipment inventory.
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of regular forest school and training sessions.
- Maintain QuickBooks entries and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, updating calendars as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Enhance our social media platforms to increase revenue.
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an AdminAssistant or in a relevant role.
- Proficient in computerised systems and office software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
- An understanding of developing websites through wordpress
- Ideal experience is support with developing web pages or lessons using llearning platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and basic clerical duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate
Pay: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
