Customer Service and Administration Assistant

My Pretty Little Gifts is an online company providing personalised gifts for events and occasions. We trade mainly on Amazon and Etsy and are known for our excellent customer service and quick delivery of goods.
As a growing company we are now looking for a new staff member to join our administration and listings team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing of online orders.
- Managing online listings across multiple platforms.
- Amending and updating our ever growing product range.
You may also be required to
- Work in our production department to cover holidays, sickness and unexpected busy periods.
- Assist with marketing via social media platforms.
- Creating product content with photography and videography.
- Any other duties as advised by your line manager.
**Required Skills**:
- Experience of working in a customer service role.
- Excellent level of computer literacy.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade B and above (or equivalent).
- Polite and friendly telephone manner.
- A can do attitude and willingness to work.
- Ability to work quickly and to strict time pressures.
- Ability to be self motivated and work alone when required.
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure daily orders are completed.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge / experience of online sales. In particular working with Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify.
- Knowledge / experience using Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and video editing software.
- Knowledge / experience of SEO.
- Knowledge / experience of Social Media and marketing.
Shifts:
Sunday: 10:30am - 16:30pm**
Monday; 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30ppm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
**Salary**: £21,500 - £26,500 - pro rata | Holiday Allowance - 22 days + Bank Holidays - pro rata.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
