We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front of house reception desk, handling queries and providing information to clients
- Assist with property information and respond to inquiries from potential clients
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate data input and timely responses to Right Move queries
- Provide administrative support to the wider company, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Cover other administrators during holiday periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Previous administration experience, preferably in the property sector
- A competitive salary
