About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team at Euxton Hall Private Hospital. As a Clinical Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our inpatient NHS team and working across our inpatient departments in support of two hospitals based in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our clinical teams, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Managing patient records and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Coordinating appointments and bookings, and maintaining up-to-date schedules.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, and providing administrative support for meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills and ability to type at speed while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience of multi-tasking and working to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
