Business Support Administrator IT

About Us:
Family Care is a dedicated organization committed to supporting vulnerable families and promoting the welfare of children. We are seeking a highly organized and IT-savvy Business Support Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration for our Family Care groups.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Monitor our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, and escalate or close overdue tickets as necessary.
- Respond to technical queries, such as password resets, and provide remote support via TeamViewer when needed.
- Liaise with external IT support for hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Visit our Homes and Schools to address on-site IT setup or technical issues.
- Maintain the IT inventory and assist in purchasing new machines as directed.
- Configure and connect new machines to Azure.
- Manage user access on SharePoint (Central and Education) by adding or removing users.
Business Support:
- Oversee the vehicle fleet management, including tax, MOT, repairs, and insurance renewals.
- Process and track fuel receipts.
- Handle electronic archiving and ensure proper record keeping.
- Take ownership of phone-related issues (telephones and mobiles), liaising with service providers as necessary.
- Assist with other business support tasks as requested.
General Duties:
- Provide cover for incoming call handling, supporting the broader Business Support and HR teams when needed.
- Attend meetings, team events, and supervisions as required.
- Maintain a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.

- Experience in IT support or administration, with proficiency in systems like TeamViewer, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A team player who is willing to support colleagues across different departments.
