Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator


H9 Human Resources is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to support our team on a 3-month contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.



  • Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and employees.
  • Key Tasks: Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all requests and records are handled accurately and confidentially.
  • Supporting Functions: Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes.
  • Special Projects: Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements:



  • Essential Skills: Previous experience in HR administration or a relevant qualification.
  • Desirable Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is desirable.
  • Contract Details: A 3-month full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement—3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
