Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at H9 HR & Professional Services. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing the HR inbox, handling requests and records, and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
* Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements, contributing to the development of new initiatives and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a relevant qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience with HR software desirable.
What We Offer:
* A competitive hourly rate of £84.
* A 3-month full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement, including 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
