Job Title: Library Support Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Library Support Officer at Lancashire County Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and assisting with the delivery of a diverse range of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer-focused support and assistance to customers
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of events and activities
- Supporting the team in offering a high-quality library and information service
- Developing skills and knowledge to improve customer service
