About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Social Care Support Officer to join our team in Preston and Chorley. As a Social Care Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to vulnerable individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care and support to service users, tailored to their individual needs.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Supporting service users in their own homes, residential settings, or out in the community.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,979 - £29,777 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
