The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Support Officer. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community.

As a Social Care Support Officer, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to provide support and care that promotes independence and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to individuals who require help with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Supporting individuals in their own homes, residential settings, or out in the community.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will be a strong communicator, able to build rapport with service users and their families, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

You will also have:

  • A commitment to promoting dignity and respect in all interactions.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
