Adult Care and Support Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Supported Living Manager to join our team in Chorley. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services for individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with a focus on assessment and support planning. They will be responsible for service planning, leading the team, and working closely with families to ensure excellent delivery and the best quality of life for service users.
This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to manage and deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of service users. A relevant social care qualification is essential (RNLD, BASW, DipSW Diploma Level 5). Applicants must also hold a clean and valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.
