New Senior Support Worker Opportunity
Full Time Permanent Position available, salary £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

Brook Street is seeking a new permanent opportunity as a Senior Support Worker to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role involves working in a person-centred way to promote independent living skills and actioning and working with all care and support plans tailored to the needs of each individual.

The role includes providing excellent effective care and support, assisting with general care and health care administration matters, and supporting personal care needs where required. A structured career development programme and competitive salary are offered to successful candidates.

About You:
-Positive, proactive and passionate person who has the desire to support vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs.
-Work in a person-centred way and ideally have experience of working in the social care sector preferably in a similar setting and have senior and supervisory skills.
-Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a flexible approach to work are essential.
