Creative Support Ltd is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Coppull, Chorley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualised support to adults with learning disabilities and physical needs.

Job Description
  • To ensure that all service users receive person-centred support and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • To provide guidance and mentorship to the staff team, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • To develop strong relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • To adapt to changing circumstances, working flexibly including evenings and weekends when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or physical needs.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Pension contributions.
  • 28 days annual leave.
