The successful candidate will provide mentorship, support, and guidance to our Coppull team, fostering warm and trusting relationships with service users. This role involves ensuring all service users receive exceptional, individualised support, and supporting the management of service delivery to effectively meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all service users receive high-quality, individualised, person-centred support
  • Provide mentorship; support; guidance for the Coppull team
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and encourage them to express their needs, views, and concerns
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the service users
  • Work in a flexible manner, which may include working evenings and weekends
