Supporting SEN Pupils in a Specialist High School

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist high school for young people with special education needs.
The successful candidate will be key in supporting the children with their learning and well-being, promoting positive behaviour management, personal development, and participating in the planning and evaluation of learning activities.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £24,400 - £26,600 per annum (FTE) or £11.72 - £12.78 per hour, depending on experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a discount scheme, health cash plan, employee assistance programme, car lease scheme, and bike to work scheme.
Requirements- Experience working with SEN in an employed or voluntary setting, ideally in a school setting.
- Knowledge or experience of pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD.
- GCSE Maths and English Level 2 or above qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
