Key Stage 2 Teaching Position in Chorley

A well-resourced KS2 department in a primary school located in Chorley is seeking a dedicated teacher with a minimum of 1 year's teaching experience in a UK School, preferably within a KS2 classroom.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status and has a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a UK School within a KS2 classroom.
  2. Demonstrates a proven track record of planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum, with a keen understanding of the importance of data analysis.
  3. Has the ability to inspire pupils and support staff, displaying passion and commitment to improving standards.
  4. Utilizes available resources effectively to enhance children's learning experiences.
  5. Is confident in creating an inclusive learning environment, adept at supporting pupils with EAL and SEN to foster their educational progress.
  6. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of various teaching and behaviour management strategies, implementing them effectively to achieve optimal results.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, paid on a weekly basis. The school provides continuous professional development opportunities, as well as mentoring for new staff.

The school caters to a diverse cohort, making experience in differentiating for pupils with EAL and SEN indispensable. Additionally, experience in planning for support staff is also essential.
