Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing office tasks
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Proficiently use Google Suite for various office functions
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the Management Team
- Understand and practice confidentially when handling files, documents and information.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Ability to effectively utilise Google Suite for office tasks
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
