**Responsibilities**
First point of contact for incoming enquiries, a voice for the organisation
Meet and greet clients, be the face of the office
Assisting with workflow in the office
Control and management of client database
Control and management of our virtual mailbox
**Essential skills**
- You must be an effective decision maker with excellent communication and administration skills, who is looking to constantly improve systems and processes.
