Active Pathways are currently recruiting for compassionate Administrator to join our Central Support Team in Chorley, Lancashire.This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

**ABOUT US**:
Active Pathways Ltd has been operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire, for over 20 years as a Mental Health, Learning Disability and Rehabilitation provider, offering support to adults aged 18-65. We are dedicated to delivering recovery-focused Mental Health Services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments. **Our ideal Administrator will**:

- Exceptional confidence and knowledge within Excel, Microsoft Word and Teams
- Have the proven ability to organise, prioritise and plan your work to deadlines with the ability to update the wider team with your progress
- Experience of working within a busy office environment

**Desired experience**:

- Maintain the Services Health and Safety Checks and documentation, booking relevant training for the support and managerial staff at the service and tracking and obtaining onboarding documentation for new recruits
- Provide secretarial, administrative, finance and HR support to the service
- Having outstanding communication skills with a ‘above and beyond’ can so attitude
