**Responsibilities include but not limited to**
- First point of contact for incoming enquiries, a voice for the organisation
- Meet and greet clients, be the face of the office
- Assisting with workflow in the office
- Control and management of client database
- Control and management of our virtual mailbox
- Assisting the management of the company
- Keeping the office tidy and presentable
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Typing of letters
- Dealing with outgoing post
- Manage archive facilities
- Filing and archiving

**Essential skills**
- You must be an effective decision maker with excellent communication and administration skills, who is looking to constantly improve systems and processes.
- Experience in a professional environment
- Able to build and maintain solid working relationships

- Confidence in own ability
- Able to adapt and evolve

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chorley, PR7 6TB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
