Administrative Assistant

TVS Supply Chain Solutions is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant - HR to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR administration, working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases and systems
- Managing the HR mailbox, ensuring all colleague queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Processing new starter onboarding paperwork, including employment contracts and uploading new starters to our HR Systems
- Providing first-line advice and guidance on HR queries
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of HR & Payroll systems / databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel. You will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
