Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Coordinate training programs and track employee development
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Support social media management for HR-related content
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Taleo and Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media management for professional purposes is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
