**Company**

**Your key duties as a Utilities & Facilities Projects Team Administrator will be**
- Collate all meter readings, submitting to energy suppliers and verifying to supplier bills
- Input meter reads into recharge templates to create tenant charges
- Submit change of tenancies to suppliers following tenants entering and exiting units
- Assist Energy & Sustainability Manager in arranging new energy contracts/supplies
- Collate data for tenant queries
- Liaise with the energy suppliers and the property team to ensure any meter installations or removals are carried out in a timely manner
- Collate and track EPC certificates
- Arrange with Asset managers and Property managers on new EPC assessments
- Monitor energy usage using collated data
- Compile reports and provide updates to Energy and Sustainability Manager / Facilities Projects Manager
- Monitor Utilities/Small Works/Electricians mail box
- Liaise with Finance and Credit Control for correctly recharging tenants for energy usage
- Work with FIFM engineers to produce H&S paperwork for planned works (Pre-construction Information, Health and Safety Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Processing of invoices
- Updating and issuing of Works Trackers
- Hold frequent meetings with FIFM engineers to review & update trackers
- Arrange accommodation for FIFM engineers
- Arrange, order and delivery of plant & machinery
- Assist FIFM team with additional administrative tasks as and when required.
- Infrequent travel to site will be required

**Personal Profile**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Excel; Outlook; Word
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- IOSH managing safely is desirable

Clean driving licence
