A day in the life as an Administrator
Bright, spacious and newly refurbished our office on Buckshaw Village Park, is a busy, fast-paced place to be.

With over 400 vehicles of all shapes and sizes in our fleet, as a Maintenance Administrator, you will be right at the very centre of things making sure the fleet is in tip-top condition for our customers.

You're an important contact for colleagues and customers alike and in time, you'll build up a detailed working knowledge of each vehicle and its history.


Alongside the day-to-day administration that goes with keeping each vehicle on the road such as organising scheduled maintenance and repairs, managing our telematics system or liaising with garages to cost and authorise repairs, you'll also deal with customers sending and following-up damage and re-hire charges, making sure that key timelines are met.


As an experienced Administrator, you'll have an organised and methodical approach to keeping your workload on track and be comfortable using mainstream office IT software such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

You should have a solid background in a customer-facing administrative environments and, whilst knowledge gained in a similar vehicle rental, logistics or manufacturing company would be useful, what is more important to us is that you are willing to learn and enjoy turning your hand to whatever needs doing.
