Job Title: Project Administrator

Our client, a well-known national company, is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support their dynamic team located in Chorley.

The main goal of this position is to aid the Project Managers in coordinating tasks, actions, and communications to guarantee smooth project delivery.

  • Ensure completion and maintenance of essential project documentation
  • Coordinate tasks across various projects
  • Manage documentation for development projects
  • Take minutes, map processes, update action logs, and distribute
  • Draft internal presentations for reporting
  • Assist in various administrative duties
  • Collaborate with third parties to gather documentation
  • Submit and monitor payment requests from suppliers and clients
  • Keep templates and databases up to date
  • Create and enhance work templates to establish a standardized process

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proficiency in computer use, particularly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Confident and efficient communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a related role is advantageous

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 08:00 - 17:30

This position is temporary with potential for ongoing opportunities.
