The Compliance Admin Apprentice will provide effective and efficient support in a professional and confidential manner to the Care Compliance department.

During the apprenticeship you will be working towards a qualification relevant to the role.

DUTIES UNCLUDE:

  • To assist in and support the service to ensure all operational administration is accurate and kept up to date
  • To assist in a range of tasks to support the Compliance team across the business, including general clerical and ad hoc duties, providing a high level of customer service whilst projecting a professional image at all times
  • To assist the Compliance department in supporting the service by ensuring operational activity is compliant with the mission statement of the Brothers of Charity services
  • To assist in and support the delivery of compliance assurance systems

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Good level of English, Maths & ICT
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a confidential and professional manner
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
