We are an independent family run estate agent with a modern approach to selling property, who have established ourselves as the number one selling agent in the area due to having an impeccable personalised service combined with our professional expertise and passion for property.


Due to experiencing substantial growth over the last year, and to enable us to develop and grow the business further, we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Administrator for our Head Office in Chorley.

This is an exciting opportunity for either a Senior Administrator or for an experienced Administrator who is looking to progress their career to the next level and gain experience working as a Senior Administrator.

**This role will include the following duties and responsibilities: - **- Overseeing all the administrative tasks of the business.

  • Identifying any processes or operational improvements that can be made.
  • Supervising and supporting the administration team with tasks such as getting properties live, management reports, write up for sales brochures, diary management etc.
  • Providing support and cover for the administration team during busy periods or absences due to holiday and sickness.
  • Compiling reports, statistics and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensuring that all necessary administration tasks are completed within the required timescales by managing workloads across the administration team.
  • Providing support to the administration team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Producing weekly and monthly KPI's.
  • Working closely with the Director of the business to implement new procedures, policies, and strategies.
  • Distribution and ordering of any office supplies.
  • Adhoc company and administrative related tasks
**Applicants must have the following skills and attributes: - **- Experience of working as a Senior Administrator or Administrator role is essential.

  • Estate agency experience is desirable, but not an essential.
  • Experience in compiling and analysing data using Excel and producing reports for is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Practically minded with a desire to get involved and drive success.
  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills with the ability prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change.
  • Strong IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • A high attention to detail combined with the ability to identify errors in data.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as being able to work under pressure and as part of a busy and successful team within a fastpaced environment.
