**Title: Telehandler / 360 Excavator Driver**

The Best Connection are looking for an experienced tele-handler and excavator operator, with the required tickets and valid licenses. The role will be operating a 13-tonne digger, plus tele-handler.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate tele-handler safely for material transport.
- Load/unload using its lifting capabilities.
- Ensure load attachment and safety protocols.
- Follow guidelines, report issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks.
- Assist in organising worksite, collaborate with team.
- Communicate well for task coordination.
- Adhere to timelines, maintain cleanliness.
- Follow site rules, attend safety sessions.
- Maintain records of operations.
- Improve skills and stay updated on equipment.
- Operate 13-tonne excavator effectively.
- Clear excess rubble.
- Dig trenches for foundations, drainage, tanks.
- Maintain excavator's condition.
- Resolve arising issues.
- Coordinate with others, follow plans.
- Prepare site, read blueprints.
- Conduct pre-operational checks

**Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday
- (08.00-17.00 but this could be slightly adjusted)

**Preferred requirements**:

- NPORS/CPCS Card with 360 Excavator Op (preferred)
- Previous experience & licences of the above

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
