Divisional Pathway Lead

**The key aspect of the role will be as follows**:

- Improve utilisation of pathways
- Education of staff regarding new pathways
- Work with external colleagues to generate new pathways
- Represent the interests of EMAS at multiple forums
- Provide ideas and policy input to improve hospital avoidance

An opportunity has arisen to take a lead role in alternate pathway development within the Lincolnshire Division of EMAS.

This will consist of 1 WTE roles. 1 for NHS North and North East Lincolnshire.
