Lincoln, United Kingdom Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust Full time

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our team of Divisional Leads.

To ensure the department delivers an effective and efficient transactional service ensuring patients/clients are dealt with in a timely manner and have a positive experience. To provide the required administrative support to all members of staff and senior management for LCHS.

LCHS recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices in order to accommodate the personal goals and commitments that employees experience at different stages during their working lives. Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments. Arrangements can be put in place if it can be shown that the needs of the individual can be balanced with those of the service and the impact on other team members, enabling the Trust to recruit and retain skilled staff, raise staff morale, reduce absenteeism and respond to changing service needs more effectively.

Working as part of a team, prioritising and meeting the demands and needs of a team of managers
- Supporting colleagues in times of excessive workloads and providing cover where applicable.
- Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome
- To liaise with staff of all disciplines both within the Trust and outside organisations on any matters relating to the provision of an efficient office.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries and advice regarding the day to day running of the team and communicate relevant routine information for LCHS.
