Clinical Services Lead Community Hospitals

Lincolnshire Community Heath Services are pleased to offer a leadership position in to join our leadership team within the Collaborative Community Care Division.
Collaborative Community Care (CCC) is home to the services that lead on frailty. Be that rehabilitative, recuperation after injury or illness, assessment for long term needs or palliative care our service touch upon every aspect of frailty care.
This role will focus on the delivery of care in community, hospice and ward based settings managing nursing teams. It will involve integration into wider community goals and support integrated care pathways in primary and secondary care.
LCHS recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices in order to accommodate the personal goals and commitments that employees experience at different stages during their working lives. Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments. Arrangements can be put in place if it can be shown that the needs of the individual can be balanced with those of the service and the impact on other team members, enabling the Trust to recruit and retain skilled staff, raise staff morale, reduce absenteeism and respond to changing service needs more effectively.
To apply, you must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional. You should hold a Masters level qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience. You must have evidence of leadership, development, change management and effective relationship skills. The ability to demonstrate a successful track record of leading and managing successful high performing teams and services is paramount.
