The HR Shared Services team are the core of the HR Department. We are looking for a HR Administrator help support the wider team during a busy period. This is a great opportunity to join a happy, successful team and develop your HR experience in this dynamic organisation.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be providing accurate and timely administrative assistance to the HR function of the OSB Group Plc.

Your responsibilities will includes:

- Provide administrative support across the wider HR team (including Payroll and Talent Acquisition)
- Assist the HR on-boarding specialist with resolving, monitoring and completion of all screening cases
- Responsible for ensuring all HR documentation required for Payroll is approved, actioned and filed in all appropriate folders to ensure that all monthly processing paperwork, including new starter paperwork, is received in accordance with the payroll deadline each month
- Manage the HR purchase order process by checking and sending for processing in a timely manner all recruitment, temporary worker and contractor invoices and retaining appropriate records
- Inputting data into our new HR System

- Previous work experience in a volume driven administrative function
- Intermediate skill level in regards to Microsoft Word and Excel
- GCSE’s in Maths and English
