**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 37.5 ( flexible working available)

**Location**:Chatham ( Hybrid and Regular paid expenses to London)

Ward Security is looking to appoint a People Advisor to support the Regional HRBP, you will be accountable for providing a high quality and comprehensive range of ER matters to all business areas with an emphasis on early resolution of cases including disputes and grievances, and taking a restorative approach wherever possible. Alongside this, you will be the first point of contact in supporting TUPE activity, supporting all people-related aspects of TUPE transfers in and out of the business.

Although this role will come with a number of challenges, as a team we have a lack of readily available data and you will need to be able to have the patience to search and investigate. Ward Security currently has a portfolio within London of around £36 Million and this is growing by the day Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses. Security services include CCTV security systems, property management, guard dog security, key holding services, security guard patrol services, response alarm systems, and more. With over 1000+ of our amazing people operating nationally.

Ideally, you will have a CIPD level 5 and working towards your Level 7, have experience in stakeholder management and proven experience with TUPE and ER. This role would suit either a Senior HR administrator looking for their next career move, or a People Advisor looking for their next challenge.
