Our US law firm client, based near Liverpool Street, are seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Advisor to manage their UK monthly payroll for approximately 260 employees. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will be the primary contact for all payroll and benefits queries.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and approval of variable data.Collaborate with HR to maintain data integrity.Perform data checks between payroll and HR systems.Update internal procedure manuals for payroll and benefits processes.Ensure compliance with pension auto-enrolment regulations.Administer employee benefits in conjunction with HR.Conduct payroll and benefits induction training for new joiners.Address payroll, pension, and benefit queries from employees.Manage the London Payroll email inbox and handle queries promptly.Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of five years' experience in payroll and benefits, preferably in the legal sector or professional services.Proficiency in payroll software (ADP iHCM 2 and ADP Real Time preferred).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.Up-to-date knowledge of payroll and pensions legislation.

 

Key Skills:

 

Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Team player with a positive attitude.
