About the Role

The HR Shared Services team at OSB Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative assistance to the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure all payroll requests through the HR system are processed in accordance with the payroll deadline each month, and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
  • Screening and Compliance: Resolve, monitor, and complete all screening cases, attend monthly meetings with the screening provider, and rectify any issues arising.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with checking letters drafted by the HR Administrators, escalate any issues to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, and ensure that relevant SLAs are met within the team.
  • Sponsored VISA Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of sponsored VISA processes, ensure all processes are followed in line with the Home Office, and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date with current HR processes, recommend improvements or changes to procedure, and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a volume HR driven administrative function.
  • Knowledge of employee pre-screening requirements.
  • Basic employment knowledge, including sponsored VISA processes.
