Senior HR Business Partner - Talent Development Specialist

Reed HR is partnering with an exciting organisation in Kent to find a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This strategic position involves leading initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organisational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide regular reporting.
  • Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR-specific projects.
  • Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk.
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent and support annual compensation planning.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior management.
  • Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools.
